Pre and Post natal fitness

During this special time in our lives it is crucial to both prepare for the pregnancy, delivery and beyond and make sure that the exercises that are performed are both safe and effective.

It is important to ensure that you are receiving adequate care and advice so that you can learn to independently keep up your fitness levels and feel confident in your ability to do so knowing that you are doing the right things. I will show you what you can and should be doing to build up the strength that you will need- it takes 9 months! This will help put you in a really good place to take care of you and your growing baby both before and after birth.

Being in good physical shape will stand you in good stead both whilst pregnant and during the recovery after your baby is born.
