I was a post natal, very unfit woman of 35 when I began training with Nechoma. I remember vividly not even being able to raise my feet off the ground when I was sitting with my legs outstretched.
After no more than a couple of sessions, I saw amazing results, and I felt amazing. Nechoma’s personal and tailor made approach was very encouraging for me. She is passionate about fitness which was very inspiring for me.

When I found out that I was pregnant I knew I was in safe hands! I have been exercising as part of a weekly group with Nechoma as our personal trainer. After having three kids, I really needed to work on strengthening my pelvic floor muscles and trying to help myself as much as I could.

I was advised by my physiotherapist who specialises in women’s health, to exercise as much as possible the pelvic floor, but I wasn’t sure exactly where to turn for help in doing the appropriate exercises that were safe and efficient. Nechoma was the right person to help me in my quest for working on my pelvic floor!! We started off first identifying the correct muscles to work on by doing simple, manageable exercises and week by week, the exercises got more and more challenging.

I felt my control and the strength of those muscles increasing up to the point where my physio told me that my control was of a very high standard and I no longer had to see her.

I am so grateful to Nechoma for her patience, reassurance and her confidence that I could really help myself make things stronger and in a way that is not too daunting or time-consuming. She showed so much understanding and gave me very good advice on ways to improve things, whilst showing so much care for which I am so thankful.

When I contacted Nechoma a few weeks after giving birth to my second child, I was utterly depressed about my body shape, having done no exercise at all to regain my figure after having my first child two years earlier.

We arranged for personal training sessions three times a week in the comfort of my own home, and I can proudly say that I regained my pre-baby figure after four months of having my second baby.

Since then I have contacted Nechoma after the birth of each of my children – I had five children under the age of six – and have regained my pre-baby figure after each of them.

All the classes that Nechoma gives are very personalized. She always looks at each person’s situation, whether before birth, after birth or ‘in between’ and designs the sessions accordingly, making sure that each person is exercising healthily and is achieving the best possible results suited to them. The classes are well thought out and everyone leaves feeling as though they have had a one to one session.

I have personally really enjoyed every class over the last 4 years! They are fun, high powered, intense and have helped me lose ‘baby weight’ and keep me fit and strong! It gives me energy for the rest of the week and I look forward to each class!
