First we have a consultation, together we decide whether we are a good fit- will we be able to work with each other? We discuss your goals, barriers and create a plan of action. I will assess your fitness level and your posture and you will fill me in on your current lifestyle and how you would like it to be. I will then help you to work towards your desired plan with fun filled fitness plans!
